First time in Nepal, after the training on Real Estate Marketing Agent Course, BI developed a platform for Ethical Real Estate Marketing Agents (REMAs). - Support customers from beginning to end in the process of selling and buying
- Conduct research and collect detailed information of property offered for sale.
- Negotiate and set s right price for the right property
- Sign contracts with the seller and list the property in the selling list
- Enter property in multiple listings for expanding sales and buying contacts
- Marketing the listed properties
- Offer the listed properties to potential buyers
- Bring buyers and sellers together in an agreement that provides each other with a “win-win situation” that is fair enough and equitable
- Arranging the loan process if required and also keep a check on its status
- Visit for home inspections
- Be present at the closing of deals along with the lawyer to review the documents and assist in the question answer session
- Close the deal in a favorable condition
- Follow up after closing so that no loose ends are met
